My name is Meghan, and I'm a photographer who specializes photographing relationships. From the day your family starts when you say I DO, to watching your future generations grow, I want to tell your family's story.
I am driven and passionate. I have a wonderful husband who is my heart & soul and my biggest supporter. I am honest, loyal, and love to throw parties. I love coffee with brown sugar and popcorn with extra butter. Personal connections with people are my biggest driving force. And one of my favorite feelings in the world is creating stunning images for people to so they can cherish those more important to them
Life's journey can be a complicated one. There is no real order of operations, or guidebook to live by. But no matter where you life has taken you, you are there, and that should be celebrated. Weddings are a large part of my business, and I chose to do them because they are an important part of your story. But so is that moment when you've moved into your first home, and you're having coffee and you realize "this is the life I've built, and I love it." So is the moment when you're in the last few days of having a 2 person family. So is the moment when you've had loss, but those who are left to live are doing it with love and joy. All of these moments of life are important, and should be documented. That's why I'm here...why are you?

My name is Meghan, and I'm a photographer who specializes in photography of artists, dancers, aerialists, and all movers. I chose to work with these lovely people because I am a performer myself.

Personal connections with people are my biggest driving force. And one of my favorite feelings in the world is creating stunning images for people to showcase their hard-work, talent, and passion.
My journey as an artist started when I was 4. It started with a tap class, then moved through years of competitive dance, show choir, musical theater, and collegiate marching band. In early 2016, I took my first aerial class, and my life took a new turn into being a performer as an adult. I am currently an aerialist and coach with Kansas City Aerial Arts. I've spent 10+ years building a photography business, and the joy of bringing my two favorite passions together has been so fun and energizing. As an artist myself, I understand movement and expression better than most, and will help you create artwork as another expression of your passion.

So we went with Spencer Studios & we are so glad that we did! She was so amazing to work with! Meghan was able to capture some of the most beautiful candid photos of my husband and I, and our dog Lucy! She was able to get some of the best shots of our fur baby! She has a way of making you feel so comfortable that you forget you are getting photos taken. She has such an amazing eye when it comes to getting the most unique and beautiful photos! We will definitely be using her again! I encourage everyone else who wants beautiful and professional photos done to use Spencer Studios!
